Here's exactly what £349 gets you, not just an hour on the phone. You book with a 50% deposit, then we set up a 1-hour video call to go through your space properly: what's not working, your budget, your must-haves. I'll give you advice on the call itself. Then I get to work on your full package: a moodboard, a CGI of the finished room, a floor plan, and a shopping list with real, ready-to-order links. Want another room designing too? Add it on. Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens! You're welcome to cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up to 1 hour before your appointment, no questions asked. If something comes up with less than an hour's notice, or you miss your slot, we're unable to offer a refund, as this time is reserved just for you. Just drop us a message if you need to make a change and we'll sort it out together.
